Marietta First United Methodist Church originally Chartered Unit 277 with the Boy Scouts of America in 1948. We've been going strong for over 60 years! 

Membership in the Troop is available to boys who have earned the BSA Arrow of Light Award, have completed the fifth grade or who are 11 to 17 years of age. For boys in 1st-5th grade, please go to cub pack 277 for information on our cub scout program.  We meet every Tuesday at 7:30pm in the Lower Room at FUMC.

Troop 277 is an active member of the Foothills District of the Atlanta Area Council and has been recognized for consecutive years with the Quality Unit Award.  Our Adult Scout Leaders have all received formal training by the Boy Scouts of America and have decades of experience in delivering the BSA Scouting Program.
